Village Venture Arts & Crafts Faire 2018 in Claremont

What a great day in Claremont!!!

Our first sale was at 7:55am.  A vendor from another booth came by while we were setting up and purchased a couple of door hangers.

Our pumpkins were a big hit as always.  Since our neighbors were not there, we were allowed to expand our pumpkin patch outside of our booth.

 

We started out with a full pumpkin patch.  Almost 100 pumpkins in all.  Cloth pumpkins with real pumpkin stems in three sizes: large, medium and small.  Glass pumpkins in three sizes.  Light-up pumpkins in three sizes.  Wood grain pumpkins and ceramic pumpkins and felt pumpkins.  Also, a variety of Halloween related items ranging in price from $1 to $20.  That’s in addition to our Fall product mix.  We had everything from tea towels to decorative garlands.  Finally, our stand-by tote bags, jumbo paperclips and all of the other neat things we make.

By the end of the day, the pumpkin patch was picked clean.  Time to grow new pumpkins.!

 

It was great to see everyone from previous years.  A lot of return customers who have been collecting our pumpkins.  We heard the word “Cute” all day long.  Nothing makes us happier than to hear that about our work.

 

This coming week we’ll be busy preparing for our next craft show in Carlsbad at the Carlsbad Village Faire Fall 2018.  We’ll have Beach themed items, Fall, Thanksgiving and Christmas items in addition to our unique mix of products.  Look for our seashell angels, they’re new this year.
